Procedures

This is the first communication we have with our clients, where we schedule a meeting to discuss the design or renovation needs for their spaces. During the meeting, we work towards reaching agreements on several aspects, including the general spatial atmosphere, desired functional layout, preferred furniture, and so on.

Duration: Approx 50 minutes to 1 hour.

Compact: Basic advice for your spaces

Atmosphere, style & materials: A mood-board visualizes the atmosphere of your interior.
Basic layout: Optimize the use of spaces. Sketch based on existing drawings of the room.
Key pieces: 5 key furniture or/and accessories are presented in the document, as a basic tone for you to complete the full list of items to purchase that set the main style.
1 review: The presentation is sent by email, if you wish we can go through it by phone.

Fee Charge: from 560 euros.

(Approx 7 hours. Including spaces as for instance living/dining area, bedroom or bathroom.)

Extensive: All mentioned in Compact plus:

Layout/2D drawings: Floor plans, wall-elevations, furniture positions (in PDF format)
Material list: Which materials fit the interior you want to create? Including the potential costs.
Colours: Which colors and wall coverings are appropriate for different spaces?
Lighting: What type of lighting solutions are required for different uses of a room?"
Key pieces: 5 key furniture or/and accessories are presented in the document, as a basic tone for you to complete the full list of items to purchase that set the main style.
3D visualisations of the main spaces are provided to see the look and feel of the design. (Render by Enscape)
2 reviews: The document is presented to you in person and can be revised once and have a follow-up consultation. The 1st review will be scheduled during the initial consultation.

Fee Charge: from 1200 euros.

(Approx 15 hours. Including spaces as for instance living/dining area, bedroom or bathroom.)

Note: Additional reviews are always possible but based on hourly rate of 80 euros per hour.

Deluxe: All mentioned in Compact & Extensive plus:

Furniture & colour advice for multiple spaces (max 3).
Products list: Furniture and accessories are presented in the document, it forms the basis of what you can purchase, at which stores and what the target price is (in PDF format).
Assistance will be provided in sourcing furniture items, and a visit can be arranged to a store of your choice to select possible furniture combinations together.
2 reviews: The document is presented to you in person and can be revised once and have a follow-up consultation. The 1st review will be scheduled during the initial consultation.

Fee Charge: from 2000 euros.

(Approx 25 hours. Including spaces as for instance living/dining area, bedroom or bathroom.)

Note: Additional reviews are always possible but based on hourly rate of 80 euros per hour.

Step 3 : Further Services

The designs are there! For further steps or final touches, we offer a 2-hour consultation at your space to discuss any final steps. These services are charged on an hourly fee base of 80 euros. We also offer design services for exterior spaces, like gardens and facades renovation upon request.

Note: The charged fee only will occur when both sides have agreed to start the design service. We will confirm with clients by phone after the consultation. And the client is obliged to pay the promised fee when we deliver the packaged properly.
